Morning: fundamentals by station
The day opens with a team stretch and a throwing progression, then campers split into stations by age and position. Mornings are for the fundamentals everything else is built on - footwork, glove work, throwing mechanics, and swing basics off the tee and on short flips. Groups stay small so every camper gets hands-on corrections, and coaches rotate so you work with more than one voice.
Afternoon: live reps and situations
After lunch it moves to game speed. Live batting practice, infield and outfield situations, base running reads, and bullpens for the pitchers. This is where the morning work gets tested - and where campers usually realize how much faster the game plays when they trust their feet instead of thinking about them.
The scrimmage and awards
Camp closes with a scrimmage under the lights and awards for standout campers - best hitter, best defender, and the hustle award our staff cares about most. It is short, it is loud, and it is the part campers talk about on the ride home. Bring a camera and plan to stay for photos with the coaches afterward.
